Ericka Graham

Ericka Graham grew up in  Wisconsin and remembers hearing her grandfather preach at Swiss UCC in New Glarus. She received her undergraduate degree from UW-Madison and later received a master’s degree from Rice University, where she focused her research on sexuality in the Bible. She went on to teach high school English, and it was this experience that sparked her desire to start “Project 88” with her husband, Garrett, a nonprofit organization that connected students to opportunity and college advising. With the help of their generous board of directors and donors, Project 88 raised nearly $1.9 million for Houston-area students. More recently, she graduated from Iliff School of Theology and completed a thesis on soul-body integration (and embodiment). You can find her preaching at Ecclesia church in Houston or on her podcast “Curiously”. Of all her accomplishments, it is the title of being a mother that most inspires and informs Ericka’s work today. She is a sleep-deprived mom of two boys, Jett and Sonny.
